Which was initiated by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan.  Under Udyam Kranti Yojana, loan will be made available to the youth of Madhya Pradesh to set up their own enterprise. The loan provided under this scheme will be guaranteed by the government to the bank, the beneficiary will not have to give any guarantee to the bank to get the loan. The Madhya Pradesh government would also provide interest subsidies on loans to beneficiaries as a unique element of this scheme.

Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana has undergone significant changes in terms of educational qualification and age limit.

This scheme had a maximum age limit of 40 years and a minimum educational qualification of up to a 10th pass. However, according to P Narahari ji, Secretary of MSME Department and Industries Commissioner, the age restriction has now been lifted to maximum 45 years and the educational criteria has been passed minimum 8th class.

 Benefits of Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana

 This scheme is open to all youth in Madhya Pradesh.

• The government would grant loans to unemployed youngsters in the state through this scheme in order for them to start a new business.
• You would not be required to offer any type of guarantee on the loan acquired under the MP Udyam Kranti Yojana since the government will provide the guarantee to the banks for the provided loan.
• Loans ranging from 1 lakh to 50 lakh would be made available under this scheme to help businesses get started.
• Loans ranging from 1 lakh to 25 lakh will be granted to kickstart the service.
• Along with this, the government will pay a 3% interest subsidy on the loan borrowed.
• The goal of this initiative is to give youth with chances for self-employment.

 Eligibility Criteria for Chief Minister Udyam Kranti Yojana MP 

• To begin, the candidate must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
• The applicant must have completed at least the eighth grade.
• The applicant's family's annual income should be less than 12 lakhs.
• To be eligible for this plan, you must be at least 18 years old and no older than 45 years old.
• Only candidates establishing new businesses would be eligible for loans under this scheme.
• If you pay taxes, you must include the latest three years' worth of tax returns with your application.
• This scheme is only available to those who are not in default with any bank or financial institution.
• In addition, the applicant should not be participating in any other self-employment scheme run by the Central or State Governments.
