Day 1 Highlights of YIC & RISE Hackathon 2.0!

A Power-Packed Start to Innovation

The YIC & RISE Hackathon 2.0, a flagship initiative of RISE Jhansi Incubation Center in collaboration with Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University (RLBCAU), commenced with an energetic and inspiring Day 1 on 13th December. The aim of this grand two-day event is to provide a platform for young innovators to bring their ideas to life, solve real-world problems, and foster an entrepreneurial mindset.

Grand Inauguration and Esteemed Guests

The event was inaugurated in the presence of distinguished dignitaries who encouraged participants to embrace innovation:

• Shri Satyaprakash, IAS, Municipal Commissioner, Jhansi, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and shared motivating insights.
• Special Guests included Shri Ravi Sharma, MLA Jhansi; Shri Bimal Kumar Dubey, IAS, Divisional Commissioner, Jhansi; and Shri Bihari Lal Arya, Mayor, Jhansi.
• Adding further value to the event, Dr. R.C. Agrawal, Deputy Director General (Education), ICAR, and Dr. A.K. Singh, Vice-Chancellor of RLBCAU, encouraged students to innovate and contribute to society.

Key Highlights of Day 1

Startup of the Month Award: RISE Jhansi proudly announced Meedgo as the "Startup of the Month" for November 2024. Founded by Shubh Khanna and Abhyuday Prajapati, their innovative solution earned well-deserved recognition.

MVP Launch - A Milestone Moment: One of the highlights of Day 1 was the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) launch of Jadoo Mentor, an incubated startup at RISE Jhansi. The launch was celebrated with great enthusiasm, marking a step towards real-world application of innovative solutions.

Innovative Presentations and Prototypes: Participants showcased their groundbreaking ideas and prototypes across various themes. The energy, dedication, and creativity displayed by the young innovators were truly remarkable. These solutions are not just innovative but also hold the potential to bring about tangible societal changes.

Networking and Mentorship: Participants got the opportunity to interact with mentors and industry leaders, gaining insights and valuable feedback to refine their ideas.
