 The Struggle : Grassroots Effort, One Household at a Time!

Unlike many entrepreneurs who wait for people to come to them, Pratibha went to the people. She travelled through dusty lanes, remote hamlets, and forgotten parts of Bundelkhand, convincing women that their skills had value "real value". She sat with them, listened to their stories, understood their challenges, and promised them one thing:

“If you bring your skill, I will bring the platform.”

Slowly, women started trusting her. Products began taking shape. Orders started coming in. But entering government departments was still a monumental challenge. She carried her dreams in a bag, walked into offices with confidence, and waited patiently sometimes for hours just to get five minutes of attention. The process was slow, but she persisted. Because she believed not only in her dream but also in the hundreds of dreams attached to hers.

Her big breakthroughs came in the form of major government projects.
She fulfilled an order for 2 lakh tricolor flags, a milestone that demonstrated her capacity and reliability. Soon after, she secured a ₹40 lakh government project, proving that her startup could handle large, complex, high-value assignments with ease.

In addition to these, she has received over 40 awards, honors, and certificates over the last four years — each one representing a step in her journey, a sleepless night, a moment of struggle, and a triumph of hard work.
