The 36-hour grand finale of Smart Satna Hackathon 1.0 concluded on 31st july 2022 evening with the announcement of winner and runner-ups, this event witnessed active participation of 150+ talented individual groups.

Smart city satna incubation center hosted its first open-to-all hackathon on 30th July 2022 and 31st July 2022 a two-day event to drive ideation and innovation around various components of the smart city mission. This hackathon provided an excellent opportunity for Baghelkhand's entire innovator community, in collaboration with the incubation master.
The event had been formally inaugurated by the chief guest, Hon'ble Minister of State Shri Ramkhelawan Patel. Also Mayor Satna Hon'ble Shri Yogesh Kumar Tamrakar, Hon'ble Shri Vijay Tiwari, District Vice President BJP, Respected Shri Anurag Verma Collector Satna, Corporation Commissioner Shri. Rajesh Sahi Ji, Mr. Parichit Jhade- CEO, Zilla Panchayat marked their presence thought out the event.
Satna Incubation Center invited renowned judges such as Mr. Ishvinder from Cisco as India lead, Mr. Sourabh Khandelwal-Assistant Director of Operations- Nexus, Mr. Sivesh Kumar- Founder and CEO of Startup Monk, Ms. Preeti Chaudhary- Director of PC Advisory and Founder of LinkedInLocalIndia, Dr. Kamlesh Choure- Director, Center for Research Innovation, Incubation and Skill Development Satna Smart City Development Ltd.'s Company Secretary is Mr. Amardeep Duggal. These esteemed jury honour startups for their innovative efforts.
This hackathon was One of the most successful hackathons of Madhya Pradesh which encouraged and foster innovations of various industries who were ready to take up new challenges, experiment, and find solutions to real-world problems. Applications were invited from students/innovators/start-ups in various sectors from across Madhya Pradesh. After several rounds of screening, 15 teams were finally shortlisted. These teams will demonstrate their product /prototypes to the jury members and other attendees. Winners and runner-ups got cash prizes and free incubation support services.
Apart from live demos of prototypes, hackathon Satna incubation center also organized various entertaining events like DJ night and Zumba to motivate and boost up the participants and other attendees, also it consists of thematic talk sessions by industry and academia experts, panel discussion, and exhibitions.
And also Every participant has got a chance to know various industries, find potential business partners and customers, develop their teams’ expertise, and build a culture of innovation.
