Startup India and TBDC have launched a programme to assist Indian startups in expanding in Canada.

The Indo-Canada Bridge Program has been launched by Startup India and the Toronto Business Development Centre (TBDC) in Canada. This programme is especially intended to facilitate Indian startups seeking to increase into the Canadian and North American markets.
This one-of-a-kind programme, designed as a 'Go to Market Guide,' is backed up by mentors who will offer strategic advice on fundraising and connecting to the B2B network. The initiative, aimed at Indian startup founders, focuses on knowledge sharing and facilitating relevant connections for market exploration. More importantly, it offers a centralized platform for entrepreneurs to connect with relevant experts in order to resolve questions and facilitate discussions.
"For Indian entrepreneurs and businesses, Canada has always been a popular destination." The deep political and cultural connections have also been solidified through the growing network of approved talks, contractual arrangements, memorandums of understanding, and working groups. It has the ability to attract and maintain a highly qualified and educated workforce, and we are certain that the program will enable Indian companies connect with global market prospects, notably in Canada and North America..
The programme will rely on self-reported assessments by member companies on the quality of the sessions, mentors, expertise provided, and depth of material to course correct as needed, as it is structured with a constant feedback mechanism. Using metrics, the feedback loop will also keep track of how many startups grew as a result of the mentorship sessions, as well as how many foreign startups extended to India.
Based on the TBDC's credo of supporting in the growth of Toronto's next wave of tech start-ups by assisting in the launch, growth, and scaling of start-ups. It is Toronto's first start-up incubator, offering access to essential services such as business consultancy and a professional environment for new enterprises to thrive. This also helps individuals from various areas who are interested in entrepreneurship and innovation to develop business strategies and effectively launch their enterprises using a variety of resources."
